convenient location and super clean room
central location clean linens fresh air
the location provided easy access to a main avenue. a large supermarket was also a short walk away. the room maintained excellent cleanliness with crisp linens and fresh towels. i found the window could be opened allowing fresh air.
i noticed the absence of bathroom ventilation. it would be a valuable addition.

metro line smooth check-in excellent service
my room was a double or twin room. the breakfast offered good value with excellent service. the location was convenient, close to the metro line. check in was smooth.
the noise insulation was bad. i heard traffic all night. i thought the window was open.

a mixed bag of experiences
poor maintenance unsafe washroom
i had issues with the bathroom. the door knob fell off while i was inside, trapping me until i managed to pry it open with a tool from my toiletries. this felt unsafe, especially because there was no emergency button or phone in the washroom. the poor maintenance created a stressful situation.

comfortable bed friendly staff tasty breakfast
the hotel is near many shops. the beds ARE very comfortable. i liked the breakfast a lot. the staff were friendly and also very helpful.

Solid Stay in Central Location
helpful staff clean room
The front desk staff was genuinely helpful. Carolina, Victoria, Mariana, and Nuno provided excellent service (I appreciated their recommendations). The room was always clean and quite comfortable.
I found no coffee or tea making facilities available in the room. This is a minimum requirement that I expected.

The breakfast buffet was presented very well and offered a wide selection. The restaurant staff remained courteous and responsive to guest requests. Plates and cutlery were consistently available and super clean. Every service aspect seemed very satisfactory.

metro station late flight
The staff stowed my luggage after checkout since i had a late flight home (very kind of them). the location is beside a metro station. This fits basic travel needs.

traffic noise missing toiletries
The hotel's location was acceptable for city exploration.
The room faced the street and traffic noise was quite noticeable. The street noise made sleeping difficult. Housekeeping did not replace toiletries one day.
